• Initial Consultation - We start with an office or home visit to begin the development of the design program and budget. A list of your needs, wants and site constraints is established.
  
• Documentation of the existing structure and site includes field measurements and photographs.
  
• "As-Built" floor plans and site elevation drawings are prepared.
  
• Design concept drawings are prepared.
  
• Client review meetings discuss modifications and lead to client design approvals.
